DMcloud is a macromolecular structure modeling tool using point cloud matching with diffusion model for cryo-EM maps.
The first panel colors the structure by chain, while the second panel colors the structure based on scores measured by the internal DMcloud scoring function, which are saved in the B-factor field of the PDB file.
The score ranges from 0 to 1, but the server converts this range to a scale from -1 (red) to 1 (blue).
